What currency are the prices shown on the site?

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Yes. We currently only deliver within the United States.

The estimated delivery time is:

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping time: 8–12 business days (Monday–Friday)

Total delivery time: approximately 9–15 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 days after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please email us at service@royalloom.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please include your full name and order number with all returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is already in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you may cancel your order at no penalty before it has shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, please use our return process after delivery to request a refund.

I entered an incorrect address — what should I do?

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately or contact us at service@royalloom.com.

Address corrections may be possible within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, changes may no longer be guaranteed.

No refunds will be issued for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses after this period.
